where are the temperature sensors
Hi
i have a stack of 8164F switch
when i type the command
show system temperature
System Thermal Conditions:
Unit Temperature State

1 44 Medium

Temperature Sensors:
Unit Description Temperature
(Celsius)
---- ------------------ -----------
1 MAC 44
1 CPU 41
1 PHY (left side) 39

2 CPU 42
2 PHY (left side) 39
2 PHY (right side) 36
i m wondering where is located theses sensors?
Is there one that could be used to monitor the ambient temperature?

These sensors are located internally in different busses. But there is no documentation about where are physically located in the manual:

And, as far as I know, there is not any way to monitor the ambient temperature.
