1394 Net Adapter
I'm trying to reinstall Windows on my 700m and I'm wondering if there is any driver for the 1394 port? The hardware profile states that there is a 1394 Net Adapter but I couldn't find the driver on the downloads page. Is there a driver? or will the chipset driver be sufficient? Thank you.

The 1394 adapter is your firewire port. Windows considers it a networking device, but it is more commonly used to connect to an external hard driver or video camera. If it shows up in Device Manager and is not tagged as a problem device and it shows up as a network device, then installing the chipset drivers probably took care of installing any needed drivers.
