Hi,
Welcome to our Community.
You’ve reached the right department. We’ll surely try to assist you. Please let us know,
1. Is the Modem and the computer on the same network?
2. Are you getting any error message specifically when trying to connect the system to the network?
3. Also, check the cable connecting from the computer to the Modem.jennyhannb

If you can not reach the login page, it may be due to: Entering the IP address 192.168.1.1 incorrectly. An IP address issue on the computer. A hardwired connection configuration issue or a bad Ethernet cable. An issue with the wireless router itself.
