Every so often I get this pop up when I click on my back button of my browser (IE7).

My Mrs. has it even worse, when she's checking her Yahoo email account it pops up so often as to render the email account unusable. She can't even read more than a word or two before the page switches to the one in the link.

Any idea what it is and more importantly how I can prevent it?

It seems like you may have a virus/malware infection which may be trying to re-direct  your browser(IE7) to some other site(most likely to install some additional virus/malware).  I would recommend downloading a good anti-malware application such as Malwarebytes or Microsoft Windows Defender and scan your computer for any malware infections.  Also you can check what 3rd party applications(plug-ins) are installed and have been running inside of IE7 by going to the Tools Menu, Manage Add-Ons, and select Add or Disable Add-ons.  See if there are any program names that look out of the ordinary.  Hope this helps!
