Places to look to see if your Bluetooth Connection is enabled
Click start, in search type
bttray
click enter. This will put the bluetooth icon in the system tray, near the clock.
Has your mouse been paired with the system before?

I had to buy USB Bluetooth stick to fix my problem.
High End Laptops are not with bluetooth :(
