Bluetooth ... Hardware not found

Question

Hi.... Last month i bought my new dell xps 15 L502X. I am completely satisfied with the laptop. But a few days back i encountered a problem in my Bluetooth. When i tried to switch on the Bluetooth a notification appeared stating that no Bluetooth hardware was found. Later when i tried to pair with wireless mouse , the mouse was not detected... Please help me

Places to look to see if your Bluetooth Connection is enabled

Click start, in search type

bttray

click enter. This will put the bluetooth icon in the system tray, near the clock.

Has your mouse been paired with the system before?

I had to buy USB Bluetooth stick to fix my problem. High End Laptops are not with bluetooth :(
