Bluetooth keeps shutting off

My bluetooth shuts off and it doesn't allow me to turn back on.  It is very sporadic when this happens but has happened twice this month.  I do not see the program in the list of programs so can uninstall to reinstall.  Please help!!!  I have a Dell Inspiron 5491
