Bluetooth Radio doesnt work

Question

Hi, i have a problem installing the Bluetooth driver for my Inspiron8600. The bluetooth driver was functional installed once, now i installed Microsoft Windows XP Professional and i dont get this driver to run :-( First i installed the Bluetooth A02 Driver (R65891.EXE). Then the bluetooth Icon appears in the taskbar. In the Hardware-Manager i see Bluetooth Devices -> USB Device with the yellow exclamation mark. I tried to activate Bluetooth with FN+F2 but nothing happens (FN+Arrowup/FN+Arrowdown works). When i try to install R77162 the dialogbox 'please activate Radio with FN+F2' but i cant. I think its a newbie problem, perhaps i forget some configuration things or just to active something in the BIOS, but i dont know and i tried a lot. Thanks in advance Michael

Now i reinstalled the Bluetooth software, perhaps the following thing will helps you by answering my question:

I install the Software, the first USB Device works (Firmware driver), then another USB Device is detected but the install of this driver fails and the yellow exclamation mark appears.

I hope i get a answer here cause i cant work without bluetooth :/

it still doesnt work :) i tried the driver on my Dell inspirondisk, but that are the same as from the internet (02)

yeh i think most people with the new laptops have this problem.. mine is same as urs.. can a dell support person tell us how to fix this please ???
