Bluetooth Transfer Problem
Good day everyone!
I need help.. my friend has a dell 1464 laptop which has windows 7 OS.
Her problem was, if she's trying to send file from laptop to mobile it displays that "the bluetooth peripherals cannot be installed".
but if she send file from mobile to her laptop it is successful.
any help please.. thank you very much!

Resty2010,
Start, control panel, windows mobility center. Click on the blue square in the bluetooth area.
Then add the device to the computer. After the devices are paired, you can then right click on the file, send to, bluetooth
Then select the bluetooth device you want to send the file to.

Good day rick!
I check the mobility center but it doesn't have bluetooth icon. but i am sure that the laptop have the bluetooth driver.

Was this computer upgraded to Windows 7?
Try running Finding System Information remove your product ID and post the rest of the information back here.
