can´t open pages in the explorer even so i´m connected to a wireless network

says it can´t find server/ can´t show page opening the explorer even so i´m connected to a free wireless network with good quality and traffic

already tried if the problem is related to my firewall but it isn´t

also tried to put the id´s from the local server manually but also doesn´t work out

is there anybody outthere able to help me??

there are probability that the network that you are connecting right does not provide you internet access. try to check if you are getting a valid IP address. just follow this steps. click on start---->run----->type on the box cmd----->a black windows will pop up.type on the prompt ipconfig and you will be getting an IP address it should be starting with 192.168.x.x. if you do have this IP address try to ping a website.on the prompt again type ping www.yahoo.com and see if you are getting a reply.You could try also going to a hotspot and check if you see any difference.
