Cant receive e-mails

for some reason I am unable to receive e-mails in outlook express. Its been fine up until 2 days ago. I contacted them and they checked to make sure the outgoing and incoming mail was set up correctly - and it was, they said it must be a problem w/dell. Does anyone know if its a driver that needs to be installed? I have a Dell Dimension E510 - use outlook express and have windows xp. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it has nothing to do with drivers its pure software and not hardware, simply check if the email settings are correct in outlook.. , i assume u r already connected to the internet once you check your emails... :) once u click in outlook on Send/receive button check if theres any problems....
