Computer not recognizing wireless connection
I installed a wireless PCi card in my desktop and am receiving a signal from the router in our home. I believe the connection is working as I am sending packets (but receving none). Nothing will connect to the web, not Explorer, AIM, iTunes, etc. I can't figure out why Windows/Explorer does not recognize the connection. Any help would be great, thank you.

Are you receiving an IP address from the router? Are there any security features enabled on the router that may be preventing you from connecting? To help troubleshoot this problem, go to Start > Run and type cmd then click OK. In the command prompt window that opens, type ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Write down the output from this command or select it and save it to a txt file, then copy this output into a reply to this message.
