I have a Dell XPS 9100 ....

I am using AT&T DSL 6.0 for my provider.

I have been having a problem with my download speed dropping from 6.0 and running around 1.8 to 3.0 all the time.

I had AT&T repair out yesterday and my line tested between 5.8 to 6.0 with nothing connected to the network. My other computer is a Dell Inspiration 4700 and when we put it on line the download speed  was 5.8 to 6.0 and didn't changed. When we added the Dell XPS 9100 my download speed dropped to 1.8 to 3.1.

Question could this be a bad network card?

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated..
