Do you have MAC Address filtering enabled on the router?

You should not enable MAC Address filtering until your problem is solved.  If it had been enabled before and the MAC address of your new network card was not entered into the table of allowed MAC address, then it might have explained your problem, but enabling it now, will certainly not help solve the problem.  Try using the reset button on the router and see if you can connect when the router is set back to its default settings.

I did not.  It is now enabled, but my problem still exists!  Any other suggestions?
