I have tried installing this file however it is not very clear how to do it. I tried going to device manager then update driver and nothing happens when I navigate to the folder that was extracted (there is no folder with the same name as the one in the instructions either which I find odd)
Did you follow the instructions explicitly? These instructions should come up as soon as you extract the driver files by running the downloaded program. The folder where the drivers are extracted should, by defualt, be C:\Dell\Drivers\1934V
I have followed the instructions specifically. I don't think that this is the right file containing drivers. When I navigate to the folder and click on it the hardware update wizard says that it can't find the software to install. Any suggestions?
