Driver problem - usbhub.sys

I have had a blue screen on four occasions stating there was a problem with 'usbhub.sys'. I am frequently losing my wireless broadband connection. I have done the Version Tracker pro free scan which also highlights a problem with usb. I am reluctant to pay for driver updates. Is there any other way of curing this problem? I have been on Dell's 'drivers and downloads' page and entered my service tag. It listed 43 updates. I downloaded one urgent one regarding a WLAN card, but the problem remains. I now have little clue as to what I should be doing. Would appreciate any help.

A search of the internet found nothing regarding that error.  Have you considered using System Restore to restore your computer to a date and time before you started getting this error?
