That doesn't tell us anything about the problem you are having.  Details please.  It looks like you are using ADSL for a connection, but other than that, what's the issue?????

    Morning,

I bought a Linksys WAG54G and I have followed the instructions, but I am not getting past the 2nd stage - The instructions ask you to put in an IP address Internet Explorer, but nothing happens (according to the instructions, once you have put in the IP address it should open up the configaration settings box) - But I get nothing

What the manual says is to open internet Explorer then in the address bar instead of http://www.whatever.com  type in 192.168.1.1  then a login screen will come up. there type in the default administrator password the manual talks about.. .I forget what it is but its in the manual  that gets you into the router to do whatever you want.....

For Linksys, the username will be left blank and the password will be admin.  You are trying to connect to the router via a wired connection on ports 1-4 right???
