Can the two XP Pro computers see each other? Can the XP Home computer see either one, or both of the XP Pro computers?

You say you disabled the firewalls.  Could you be more specific.  Which firewalls did you disable?  Are you absolutely, 100%, without any doubt whatsover, sure that you do not have any other firewalls running on your computer?

Most Dell computers are shipped with a security software suite (most likely McAfee Security Suite) which contains a firewall program.  Are you sure you don't have one of these security suites and their contained firewalls running on these computers??  If could also be Norton Internet Secuirty.  There are only two reasons I have ever seen for the problem you are having.  One is a firewall and the second is if File and Printer Sharing is not enabled on the computers.
