help me! please i cant connect to net via d-link asb
We have a wireless network .The router is a d-link DSL -G604T and is connected to Computer in the sleepout.I have a dimension 3100 desktop which is in the house( so outside then through 1 wall and two doors).
I have bought an airstream G usb thingy which apparantly normally works and dont the hardware disk on computer but when I re-boot the computer only the A light is flashing and computer tells me I cant connect??Have taken the usb back and apparantly its the right one and my usb plugs all working and the network works for the laptop??
please help someone I really miss the net and havent got a clue!!

Here is a range of D-Link network adapters ,you didn't specify which adapter you had so just look through the list. http://www.dlink.com/products/category.asp?cid=4&sec=0
To download the driver for the adapter. http://support.dlink.com/downloads/
When you bought the adapter you should have got the installation disk with it as that has the driver and the D-link Airplus Utility program on there. When the adapter is properly connected the Link(Lnk) light should be on.
