Intel Pro Wireless keeps disabling itself

Okay so i have got Inspiron 9400 with Intel Pro Wireless 3945 and a belkin 54g wireless router ( will go back and get more info on my laptop's system later) . The problem is that it keeps disabling itself because another wireless network utility is communicating with the Intel Pro Wireless adapter. But unfortunately it won't tell me what network utility otherwise i would have deleted or disabled it by now. When i use the troubleshot options, its doesn't acknowledge a problem at all, but in the event viewer it states that it is be disabled due to AAA client (i have no idea what that is).

 

If anyone can help it would be grately appreciated , as interent for only 5 seconds isn't enough.
