I purchased a dell inspiron laptop just 12 days before from best buy NY and having a problem with my key pad it works perfectly well when I use it to write anything in ms office but gives some problems when I am writing anything online like in gtalk or while writing an email. Basically some of the in between keys don’t print anything or they don’t work at all. The problem has increased in last two days. Give me the solution.
