Latitude E7470 Bluetooth not found
Hello,
I am having Latitude E7470 laptop and I can't find Bluetooth option under Device Manager nor under Settings - Devices - Bluetooth & Other devices. I checked bios during startup and Bluetooth checkbox is ticked there. My network adapter is Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260. When I checked system configuration for my Laptop on Dell website, I found 2 entries related to Network Card
1. 555-BCMU : Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 82 60 Wi-Fi Wireless Card
2. 555-BCVC : Intel Dual-Band Wireless 8260 AC Wi-Fi Wireless Driver (No Bluetooth) (2x2)
Can anyone please help, how to enable Bluetooth on my Laptop? or my Laptop is not having Bluetooth capability? I tried to install latest driver but didn't work.
Any help please.

Change WiFi module solved this problem, in my case. So, problem was in hardware.

Remove back cover by phillips screwdriver, disconect antenas and unscrew lock screw on the WiFi card. I replaced by Intel AX200 with WiFi 6 instead Intel 8260

Push F2 key to enter the Bios
Verify this option is enable

Hi everyone,
I've same laptop with same configuration and same issue. I tried update Wireless driver, BIOS, Windows and Bluetooth driver too. Then I tried turn off WLAN and BT in BIOS, restart pc and turn back on. Nothing helped.
I will be grateful for any advice.
