Lucent Actiontec Combo Modem Dead

My Combo Network Modem card is dead .
Does anyone know the part N° ??
It's for an Inspiron 8000

Actiontec 10/100 from Lucent

You reseated it and it won't identify? If you need a new one, look here, it is the combo network and modem card to give you internal network capability. Use the Lucent 8.30 driver linked below for the modem, the Actiontec/Intel 8255x Ethernet driver link below for the NIC side.

You may have saved my...... ahem....life.

Didn't know the parts-people site.

Strangely enough I get a code 39, missing or corrupted driver, but that can't be, I reloaded eveything from the cab archives, an external WiFi card worked 'til a couple of days then was ignored also by the system without good reason.
My only path to the outside world is now an ext Network adapter (pc card)
When using a modem pc card, I get the same (bad)result as with my internal combo.
Maybe the PCI to PCI bridge has killed itself, I got a lot of problems with static and voltage on my network plug.

Thx anyway, for now I'm waiting for a new Actiontec Combo to arrive while I'm still in the US.
