Missing adapters

Hello,

I need some help with two of my adapters.

I have a Dell Inspiron N5110 Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2330M CPU @ 2.20GHz 64bit 4GB RAM.

I have two missing adapters :

Bluetooth Radios:
Generic Bluetooth Adapter
USB\VID_0CF3&PID_3002&REV_0001
USB\VID_0CF3&PID_3002

Intel® Centrino® Wireless Bluetooth® 3.0 + High Speed Devices:
Intel® Centrino® Wireless Bluetooth® 3.0 + High Speed Virtual Adapter
root\amppal
I tried to update them using the menu (from Properties) but it doesn't work and says that they are already up to date.

For the second adapter i have the following info in the Properties menu :

Can you please help me and tell me which are the right drivers that i need to install?

Thank you so much for your help,

Dani.

Dani07,

I cannot tell what hardware is in your system to point you to the correct drivers. You can click the link below, add your system service tag in the box and click submit. You will then be shown the systems hardware configuration and download the correct drivers for your computer.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I did as you said and downloaded some drivers. The bluetooth driver that was missing now is correctly installed. I have only one driver missing :

For the wireless network adapter i couldn't find a driver. I can't find the correct driver for it.

I have the system configuration :

Is this useful? Can you help me with the correct network wireless driver?

Thank you again for your time. I appreciate the effort.

Have a nice day.

Dani07,

Click on the current configuration tab and choose detect my product to see if that will help you determine the driver.
