mouse not working on a d630
Hello!... After upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 my mouse stop working... if I plug in a USB external mouse it works fine... I tried to install the ALPS Electric Co. touchpad driver R231736 but it tells me it will not work with my system.
Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Philip!... Thanks for your suggestion!... I am making progress... after re-installing windows 10 the mouse and touchpad works fine... also everything else seems to be working good except now I cannot install the ALPS Electric Co. touchpad driver R231736... it gives me an error message saying "This APP cannot be run on this PC"... I have several other laptops same operating system, make and model and they work fine... Any thoughts?... Thanks in advance!... Oz

You may have to force install the touchpad driver via the device manager, see here:
