This message indicates that the system does not think you are connected to a V.92 internet server. In order for the modem on hold features to work, your ISP (Internet Service Provider) must have V.92 service available and they must support the modem on hold function. Check with your ISP and see if you are connecting to a V.92 service and if they offer this option.
