Network adapter disabled itself automatically in Precision 3460 Small Form Factor

Purcahsed this computer in December and it was working fine until i installed new BIOS on March 16th.  For unknown reason network adapter disable automatically on Windows 11.  In order to fix the issue, I have to restart computer.
