so i reformatted my dell computer which they did not give me a restore disc so i used my winxp home ed one, the problem is when i try to create a network connection, i click on setup a home or small office network but the it says wizard cannot find your network hardware. I also went through the 'hardware requirement overview' and the model is clearly connected since im using my brother computer right now.

the other things that i notice was that the device manager for Other devices(few of them) showed up with a yellow question mark and a exclamiaton point, i try to update those drivers but it wouldn't update i also tried add hardware but then it gave a error code 28

so can anyone help me please?
