I am having trouble connecting to the internet on my Alienware m18 r2 laptop. I was recommended to uninstall and reinstall the driver named “network controller”

I uninstalled it but now my laptop won’t reinstall it. It can’t locate the driver anywhere on my device and I cannot find a place to download the correct driver anywhere online. Where can I download my driver and access the internet again.
