1. Were there any hardware or software changes made to the system?

2. Was the wireless working earlier?

3. Please check the wireless icon on the bottom right of the screen, does it have a redx/ exclamation mark?

4. Access device manager, locate network adaptors, expand the same and please provide us with the screen shot of the same.

1.           Service tag/ express service code

2.           Email address

3.           Registered owner’s name of the system


The Service Tag is a 7-character code, and the Express Service Tag is a 10-digit code that is a numeric version of the Service Tag. Both codes are on the bottom of your laptop. You can also refer to this link http://dell.to/2qYj8RF which is a video that shows steps to find the service tag.
