No Wireless Network Found
I have a Linksys router connected to a cable modem. I can access the internet from a PC (wired) and from an IBM laptop and a Tivo (both wireless). My Dell Inspiron can connect when it's wired to the router, but it says no wireless network found in range when I try to connect wirelessly, even though I'm only a few feet away from the router. My firewalls are turned off. Could the internal wireless adaptor in the Dell be disabled? Any other ideas? Thanks for any help that can be offered.

To check:
Start|Network Connections
Right click the wireless connection
The top of the pop up menu will either say Disable or Enable. If it is disabled, just click Enable.
Make sure you have the latest drivers for your card. Unless you are using a third party client, make sure Window's Wireless Configuration Service is started. If both of those are OK, suggest you remove the device in the device manager, reboot, and re-install the device drivers.
