Click the link below to install Windows 10 drivers for your computer. You can install the chipset drivers first and then the other drivers should install correctly. In windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10 you would not use the FN+F2 or any other key combination to activate wifi/bluetooth. Make sure airplane mode is turned off and then click on the wireless icon to choose your wifi network.
I was also getting the same error message something like " activate bluetooth by wireless swithc" , I searched a lot and somewhere I found to try installing first this KB window install "Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2533623)"

you just have to update your drivers. visit the download section and choose the required softrwere
