Are all three DSL accounts with the same ISP? It's more common for there to be one DSL account and multiple EMAIL accounts. Either way, you'll need to set up three Outlook Profiles, as described in this Microsoft article. Authenticating to the ISP's mail service is entirely different from authenticating when opening the DSL connection, even if the account name and password are the same.

Thanks for this, but I don't think I explained myself properly, or I have a strange set-up.  I do have 3 e-mail accounts set up in Outlook.  One of them (mine) is set up in Internet Explorer as the default for the Internet, and this account is also the one used on the router for the DSL connection.

So when the router is on, it is automatically logged in to my ISP with my account.  The details from the other two accounts don't seem to be passed through the router when sending/receiving mail.  So even if receiving mail only from one of the other accounts, it is my mail that is received.

Perhaps it's a problem I need to discuss with my ISP rather than here.  If anyone else is a customer of T-Online (I'm in Germany), I'd be grateful of any tips.

Yes, it sounds like you'll need to talk to T-Online about this one. It appears that they've implemented a "single-signon" scheme, and the PPPoE authentication is passed forward so once a "user" is authenticated via the PPPoE handshake, that authentication is used by their mail system.

Very nice, if there's only one user...

You might try a Google search for t-online pppoe email. There are lots of hits, but most are in German, and my German vocabulary isn't up to the task!

Thanks, this has "solved" the problem.  I found a few messages in several forums that all confirmed that T-Online cannot be used with multiple mail accounts via a router.  There is an option to use T-Online's webmail, but I'll have to check this out.
