Unable To Use SKYPE! Need Help!
I have Desktop “Dell Optiplex 320” with Windows XP. I tried to Download Skype, but when I click the Skype button to open the Skype program I am receiving the following message: “Failed to Load Function! KERNEL 32.dll et Logical Processor Inmation”.
