I can connect to the internet when I use the wireless, but when i plug into the ethernet jack in the wall and the back of the computer, it says it's connected, but the internet won't load...i've tried to check the settings with my other computer on the network, and they're the same, but that computer works, and mine won't connect...any suggestions?
