wireless problem

​I have a Dell Inspiron E1505. I recently upgraded to Vista and now my wireless is not working. My pc is seeing it but will not connect (limited or no connectivity) . What is the problem and how can I fix it. I called customer service and they said that they will have the wan driver available in 12 days. Is this really the case. KA​

I had the same problem, its not the wireless card its the dell config, utility.  use windows utility to set it up. you will still need you router name and any security settings that your router is set to.

Finally my wireless problem was resolved.  I called verizon and the rep. changed the name of the network from digits to a actual name and that pretty much did it.
