wireless with redhat linux 7.3?

i recently set up my inspiron 600m to dual boot windows xp pro and redhat linux 7.3. everything is working great, excelt for the wireless card, which i cant get linux to recognize. there is no driver for the wireless adapter for redhat, is there any way to make it work? thanks in advance.

i have the 2100 3A mini pci adapter.

Check the Intel site for a Linux driver.  Good luck.

There are no linux drivers for the centrino 802.11b chips. This is because they are based on the Broadcom chipset. Intel says they're "developing" one and word has it they have it working in-house. Unfortunately, it will probably never see the light of day. You can get more info at

After talking with rbr28, I stand corrected. A third party has developed a driver that allows you to use the win XP broadcom driver in linux.

The company is called linuxant.
