I have Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard combo with single Bluetooth dongle receiver. The mouse is working totally fine but keyboard is not connecting it automatically disconnected and even after battery change it is not working at all. Kindly help someone if theres any solution for this.

It sounds like your WK118 keyboard isn’t connecting even though the mouse works. First, try re-pairing the keyboard: remove it from your devices, turn it off and on, then pair it again using the dongle. Make sure the batteries are good and inserted correctly. Try a different USB port for the dongle192i6811 and update any drivers if needed. If it still doesn’t work, test the keyboard on another device—if it fails there too, it may be a hardware issue and need replacement.
