330, blinking orange power light
I have a Optiplex 330 whose power button is orange that continues to blink. The RAM is fine. I figure that its either the power supply or the motherboard. Is there anything other than replacing both to determine which maybe the problem?

In most cases a blinking orange power light is a power supply problem.
