You could but it wouldn't be plug and play.  I did that recently with a 7010 Tower using an A320M-K motherboard and a bit of rewire for the power button.   2 pins to switch and 2 to led.

The bios 6042 on these can be updated to run the latest chips like Ryzen 5700G APU

First issue is that the holes for the motherboard do not all line up.

Second issue or not is the 24 pin power supply. 250 to 290W is fine for this board.

One of the standoffs for the board built into the case must be smashed down with a hammer then a plastic standoff put underneath to support the board.

You also then need a WINDOWS DVD with key.

You cant use the front audio or usb but that can be covered with black duct tape or some other method.

Dawid has done this with both Dell or compaq

990mt case can accommodate microATX motherboard, but not ATX.  990mt front panel is usb 2.0 only.  If gaming board has usb3.0 header, it would not connect to 990 front panel.  MT case can support gaming video card up to certain length.  No front intake fan in 990mt case, and only a small back exhaust fan, so air flow is poor, but if you feel comfortable to mod the case to add more fans it would improve.  Chassis rear panel does not have mounting holes for 120mm fan.
