Dell OptiPlex 960 MT & SSD Installation

Hello Good People of Dell Support Forums,

A friend recently bought me a Dell Optiplex 960 MT. He has a 250GB SSD he wants to give me to install in the PC but I don't know what all I need to achieve this. Any assistance is welcomed.
