Does optiplex 3050 SFF support PCI 3.0 16x
I've got an optiplex 3050 SFF i wanna buy a graphics card but it is pci 3.0 16x Does the optiplex 3050 SFF support that?

The issue with graphics cards is 2 fold.

You must use secure boot OFF and Legacy Option Roms ON.
And the card cannot be more than 25W. Must be low profile, One Slot wide, and no longer than 8.5 inches.
75W cards are NOT an option.
