Meanwhile, just so you know, a GX620 can run Win10. Unless you have a reason to keep XP, you'll have a lot easier time downloading any needed drivers in Win10.
Sorry for the late reply. I've been away from home for a few days.
Maybe I have discovered the source of those error messages. It could be a font problem. Maybe your application doesn't appreciate the inserting of a new font when I cat-and-paste a few words. Like that awful messages "Correct the highlighted errors and try again", which is quite unnerving when it is repeatedly proposed, without explanation.
Anyway, maybe, at the end, I will follow your wise suggestion and install Windows 10. With regrets, because I still consider XP the cutest and most unsophisticated operating system released by Microsoft.
Anyway thanks for your attention and .. how can I close the post ?
Not sure if this relates, but I used to regularly get error msgs. after using copy & paste, telling me something like "Invalid HTML has been found." I can't remember if it mentioned it being removed, but all I had to do was hit "Post" again.
As for closing this thread, no real need to do that. One can use "Accept as Solution," but I'm not sure it's needed in this case. Even after "Accept as Solution," others may still chime in.

Drivers are in alpha order. You might not be able to download in XP as it's no longer supported, but might be able to in Linux Mint.
For some reason, the above sentence was cut short when I first posted.

I don't know why you're getting errors either.
A couple tips: Try a different browser. If it's not working on your phone, try a PC, and vice-versa.
Would @DELL-Cares be able to figure out why you're getting errors?
May be screen record and post a link?
