memory compatibility for optiplex 3010

Hi, I'm a noob and I'm trying to check the compatibility list for memory, and I need help understanding the chart

https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-us/sln152123/dell-optiplex-memory-compatibility-guide?lang=en

Looking at the chart, I assumed that if optiplex 3010 is "1333/1600MHz" doesn't have anything beside the hz values, then the desktop is compatible with both DDR3 and DDR3L. However, when I looked at optiplex 7020, the chart says "1600MHz (DDR3 / DDR3L Non ECC), which specifically says it's compatible with both types of ram.

So the chat is being confusing a little for me. Does optiplix 3010 compatible with both types of ram or not?

2- Also, the note on top of the chart says: "DDR3 and DDR3L are socket compatible, however, It is NOT compatible with systems using 4th Generation Intel (Haswell) processors, which exclusively support 1.35V operation for memory". How do I know which generation i have? the intel label in the front of my pc doesn't say which generation. I have both optiplex 3010 and 3020.

For example, I3-2100 is 2nd gen., I7-3770 3rd gen., I7-4590 4th gen.  I'm sure you can tell which digit it is.

Optiplex 3010 Tech Guide  Search using "memory."  When you find the chart, see note below it about 1333/1600MHz RAM.

The Crucial site has lists RAM for your 3010 listed as DDR3 1.35v and DDR3L.

Hopefully this helps.  RAM voltages aren't always documented the best.
