Micro PC powered from USB-C

It's a shame your micro PC's aren't powered off USB-C ports.

They could then be plugged into a hub monitor and transported around (a bit like a laptop)

Sorry to say that your idea is nonsense.  Even if you get one, you can't connect a micro PC to a hub monitor and transport around with dangling mouse, keyboard and a very large power pack.  If your monitor is conventional and has to plug into the wall for power, you can't move it around.  PC makers already invented laptops, tablets.

For a real mobility, just get a rugged extreme.  It can handle road trip, camping, boating.

When I used a laptop, it was rare for me to use the keyboard or screen.  I just use to use it to move between docking stations!  hence my idea.  I was just carrying around a CPU,HDD and software.

As I pointed out the example, there is no practical usages to power Micro Form Factor via USB-C port.  If you have a need personally, you may want to give OptiPlex 7090 Ultra a try.  It offers dual power input, through 4.50 mm barrel power adapter and also accepting 90w power delivery (from monitor hub) through USB-C.

In other words, practical designs have been made for practical form factors and devices in business senses.

Thanks. Does the 7070 do that too?

Would video and data also be transmitted down the same USB C ?

I did offered apology to OP before commenting on OP's topic.  The original poster did not ask a question nor expecting an answer.  It was a statement and ideal about certain Dell system design.  My comments were just my opinions about the topic.

You are offering your opinion and yet, also judging my comments.
