Need help changing the PSU and casing of Dell optiplex 7010 SFF

Hello, I am from Asia. I do not speak English very well so I used Google Translate. I would like to ask everyone about replacing the PSU for dell optiplex 7010 sff computer. I wanted to install a GT1030 full-size ATX graphics card (because I couldn't find any lowprofile version), so I wanted to replace the case with a full ATX case and replace the PSU with Raidmax 500w. I want to ask people if that is possible? And can it work with raidmax 500w raidmax PSU? .I want to ask one more thing. The dell 7010sff PCIe x16 port is limited to 50w, so if I replace the 500W PSU, the maximum 50w limit on the PCIe x16 port can be removed so I can use the 75W VGA card (rx460, gtx750 ...)?

Thank you

to move to non Dell ATX case you need to map out at minimum power switch pinout for SFF. This is a good link you can look into.  https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/987783-optiplex-70109010-front-io-panel-pinout/

unless you like the SFF very much, the amount of reverse engineering work moving to new case may be more than the cost of 7010 MT tower in which you can use full height gpu.
my opinion is Raidmax is not a good psu brand. many earnest advices on not skimping on psu. choose a reputable name brand (EVGA,Seasonic,Antec,Corsair), or Dell OEM psu will do too.  as long as system psu meets recommendation of gpu you choose, you do not need to be too concerned about PCIe slot power draw. hope this does not get lost in google translate.

PS Reading plenty of reviews will tell you not to buy a Raidmax, because they strip out a lot of the protection stuff that makes the PSU turn off when bad things happen. They also tend to use cheap caps, so after a while you'll likely get high ripple and voltage instability, leading to potential crashes and other issues.

Thank you very much, I will buy a Seasonic PSU and proceed to change to ATX case. And I will also buy a VGA Amd RX460 card to use.
