Upon startup, immediately press F12 multiple times for Boot & Diagnostics menu. Run diagnostics and see if it comes up with anything. By the way, by pressing F12, it should either skip the 2 min. fan thing or it might still make you wait 2 min. It'll show onscreen once it's going to the menu.
If nothing shows in diagnostics, it might be down to the MB being faulty, possibly a faulty sensor, but can't diagnose from here.
System accepts no keyboard input until it finishes the long POST. Ran diagnostics, full pass with no issues. I guess there's just something faulty in the motherboard.

unplug all usb devices and test post again. if still long unplug all storage devices. one of your device is facing long post scrutiny.

All USB devices disconnected, all PCI-E cards removed, SATA disconnected, internal USB and HDAUDIO connectors removed from motherboard = same issue

last resort is to flash bios if not already done, although flashing bios has risk to brick the motherboard.
