Optiplex 3020
My pc doesn't turn on.no beep sound.only the orange light on power button flashes. It flashes 3 times then pauses and the 2 times and then the same goes on . Help!

Be careful and verify the LED blinks pattern as 2, 3 indicates system board, memory or CPU failure. While 3, 2 indicates possible USB failure.
You can boot test it after removing all USB devices except for mouse, keyboard. Any events or information leading to the failed boot can help with diagnosis better.

If the system has not been serviced before, you may want to replace the coin cell battery with a fresh, new CR2032 and performing a CMOS reset with jumper #14.
