You can boot test it after removing all USB devices except for mouse, keyboard. Any events or information leading to the failed boot can help with diagnosis better.

If the system has not been serviced before, you may want to replace the coin cell battery with a fresh, new CR2032 and performing a CMOS reset with jumper #14.
