I have a Dell Optiplex 755 that has a solid amber light. I have replaced the motherboard, power supply unit, and cpu. Nothing has worked. I've tried so many methods like to drain the power then restart. But never worked for me. My CMOS battery is at 2.94 v instead of 3. Is that the problem? I need help please. Thanks
