Optiplex 760 MT, upgrades

I have dell optiplex 760 mt core 2 quad q6600 8gb ddr 2 rams 2/4 with motherboard 0m858n

Using gt620 2gb ddr3

Question is

can use ddr5type card in it?

and i have aluminium heat sink can i upgrade the heat sink ?

Also help if i can replace this mother of any dell in this same casing

    Yeah... well, maybe same looking is good enough and no need wasting time for part number checking. Or maybe if it's not fit, still can be fixed by an Aron Alpha, right? Worth to try, nothing to lose. Good luck, dude.

    In other words, Dell is very proprietary.  Only the same motherboard can be replaced in the same case.

    Hi @Ahsan777,

    It should be fine for ddr5type GPU card on 760MT. Many builds installed with GTX 1050-Ti. But you can see that even builds with these ddr5type GPU may not have a decent benchmark. Think twice before upgrading yours.

    And for heat sink and motherboard upgrade on 760mt? Well, I don't think so. It's a brand PC, not a custom-built. Every parts got it's own part number and fit for, and "only for" in most cases, specific system.
