These are Dell validated Intel Core cpu for 9020M (MFF)

the one faster than i5 is i7-4785T.

2.2 ghz is little slow to me on my opinion. How about 3.20 ghz? Where I can find 3.2 ghz or faster?

Unfortunately the Micro cooler is too weak to adequately cool higher frequency and higher tdp cpu.  You see Dell validates i5-4590, i7-4770/4790 in 9020 tower and sff but not Micro.  Micro has a too wimpy heatsink cooler for standard desktop cpu.  Consider the Micro as a quasi laptop model.  If you really like 9020 might as well switch to tower or sff which are inexpensive now.

PS Micro will boot with standard 84w cpu running above 3 GHz but cpu fan will be noisy loud all the time and cpu temp may be very high all the time, so not practical.

    I5-4570T will do for Micro

    Processor Base Frequency2.90 GHz

    TDP 35w

there are also 35w i3 and Pentium cpu in Haswell family that have base frequency of 3.0+ ghz. i3 and Pentium are lower performance cpu compared to i5/7.  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haswell_(microarchitecture)
